Cybersecurity is one area of focus for the sector that is unmistakably important; 66 % of airlines and 73 % of airports rate cybersecurity as one of their top three priorities. As cyberattacks become more sophisticated, this evidence confirms how crucial it is to safeguard sensitive methods and customer data.
About half of flights and three-quarters of terminals are starting their online conversion by upgrading IT facilities, moving to the fog, and safeguarding data. Biometric and AI are improving the user experience and administrative efficiency.
