A chief in information security guarantee for risk management and conformity, HITRUST, has made a development funding from Boston Park Capital.
In light of growing international concerns about computer threats and regulatory compliance, HITRUST will continue to expand and innovate in this field. CEO Daniel Nutkis will continue to lead HITRUST, and its vision and plan will remain unchanged. This funding will also help HITRUST’s ongoing development abroad to new markets and product lines.
Nutkis founded HITRUST in 2007 and has since established itself as a trusted authority on the creation of comprehensive solutions that enable businesses to manage data risk, including security, as well as third-party and AI risks, for organizations of all types and risk profiles.
This funding will encourage continued investment in HITRUST’s core assurance programs, which have significant potential for growth because they are the only confirmed assurance program that constantly reduces cyber and information risk. Additionally, the investment will be used to advance its more recent, market-leading improvements in constant assurance through its cyber-terror-adaptive website, third-party risk management through its Assessment Xchange and ServiceNow integration, and its cutting-edge AI Risk Management and Security Assessments.
Harris Williams and Katten Muchin Rosenman provided the advice for HITRUST, and Paul Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton &, Garrison provided the advice for Brighton Park.
