The NHL announced a multiyear North American deal on Wednesday morning with Palo Alto Networks, making the California-based company the .

Palo Alto Networks has worked with the NHL since 2009, with the league standardizing its network security with components like next-generation firewalls (which are powered with machine learning), cloud security and operations, along with support to help NHL employees browse and use AI tools safely.

hen Legacy Motor Club’s pit crew suits up for the Goodyear 400 at Darlington Raceway on April 4, they will do so wearing hydration monitoring sensors provided by Nix Biosensors as part of a recently signed partnership, .

Per the agreement, which designates Nix as LMC’s “official hydration biosensor supplier,” a total of 20 LMC pit crew athletes will don Nix’s sensors during race days and training sessions.

Hytro’s wearable straps apply tension to the arms or legs during a workout, trapping blood in the muscles, increasing the difficulty of exercises and driving benefits including faster recovery and muscle growth, according to the company. Manchester City Women will implement the technology into its player regimens and collaborate with Hytro on research on the impact of BFR training in women’s soccer.
